Pacific Raceways invokes the right for any employee to confiscate any items deemed unsafe or hazardous at any time – including, but not limited to: glass bottles/containers; weapons (guns, knives, stun guns, pepper spray, etc.); illegal drugs, BBQs of any kind; fireworks; inline skates/skateboards; umbrellas/shade devices, etc.
• Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones, are strictly prohibited on Pacific Raceways property. Track personnel will remove anyone using a drone on the premises and will confiscate the UAV until the conclusion of the event.
• Clothing that depicts verbiage or images which may be offensive is not allowed. Gang related colors, logos, or apparel are strictly prohibited.
Behavior/Conduct
Participants and Fans are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner at all times. Any individual who verbally or physically threatens another participant, staff member or person; uses vulgar or derogatory language; are overly intoxicated and/or excessive drug use; enters with a weapon; engages in unsportsmanlike conduct or conduct detrimental to the sport of racing, or otherwise creates a condition or circumstance that is unsafe, unfair, or out of order – or otherwise violates the rules and regulations of NHRA and Pacific Raceways, in the sole and absolute judgment of track personnel, may be disqualified from the event or removed/banned from the facility.
Rain Outs / Rescheduled Events
If a Pacific Raceways sanctioned event is deemed “Rained Out,” the face value of the ticket and/or tech card may be used within one year at any other Pacific Raceways event; your ticket stub must be present to redeem the value (rules and restrictions may apply). If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. No refunds or vouchers for future events will be given.
NHRA Northwest Nationals Ticket Exchange Policy
In the event of a rain out, customers must retain ticket stub to enter on a rescheduled date. If a customer cannot attend the rescheduled event, the ticket holder must retain the ticket(s) for use toward ticket purchase for next year’s event. Customer is responsible for any difference due to price increases, account fees, etc.
- Qualifying (typically run on Friday and Saturday) There will be no compensation regardless of weather conditions.
- If Pro Nitro qualifying is rained out, customer will be entitled to 100 percent credit*.
- Following the completion of one round of Pro Nitro qualifying, no compensation.
- Eliminations (typically run on Sunday) in the event of a total rain out- customer is entitled to 100 percent credit.
- Following the completion of one round of Pro Nitro eliminations, customer will be entitled to 50 percent credit.
- Following the completion of two rounds of Pro nitro eliminations, no compensation.
Refer to specific event schedules for time trials, qualifying, and eliminations days.
All sales are final. No refunds. NHRA is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Other credentials will not be honored.
Animals & Pets
Leashed pets are allowed inside the facility for all events except NHRA NW Nationals and any non-sanctioned Pacific Raceways event. Pets are not allowed in the grandstand or spectator areas. Service Animals are welcome throughout the facility. Emotional support animals and service animals in training are not service animals.
Outside Food & Beverages
One coffee mug or personal water container per person can be brought inside the facility this year. Outside alcohol or glass containers are not allowed inside the facility or in the parking lots at any time. Water refill stations will be available on the grounds. Re-entry with an open beverage will NOT be permitted. Coolers may not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 12″ in any dimension. BBQs are NOT allowed on Pacific Raceways property – this includes propane, charcoal, etc. Coolers and backpacks are subject to search upon entrance and at any time.
All trash must be disposed of in the receptacles provided.
Seating Area
Stadium seats and seat pads may not exceed 18″ wide x 10″ deep and must fit within your allocated seat space and cannot encroach the space of the seats next to, or behind you. Stadium seats may not have legs, and must sit flat against your allocated seat. Seat widths vary depending on grandstand location. Pacific Raceways reserves the right to remove any stadium seat that encroach into other customers seat space.
Umbrellas are not allowed. Umbrellas or other shade devices may not be erected within the grandstand areas or secured to any fence or structure.
Customers are NOT allowed to save General Admission (GA) seats from one day to another. Blankets or any seat-saving device may be confiscated at the end of the day by track staff.
Vehicles: Wheeled, Motorized, etc
Motorized of wheeled devices of any kind are not allowed on the property. (i.e. utv’s, atv’s, electric bicycles, hover-boards, golf carts, mopeds, four wheelers, Segways, skateboards, bicycles etc)
Racers or participants are allowed motorized vehicles within the pit area only during Pacific Raceways sanctioned events and must be registered with the NHRA during NW Nationals.
Persons under 16 are NOT allowed to operate a motorized or wheeled vehicle on Pacific Raceways property at any time.
Cart Rentals are not available at the track. Motorized wheelchairs are acceptable for spectators with handicap tags. For more information about renting a motorized wheelchair or scooter contact Seattle Mobility Solutions or call 425-598-5404.
Motorhome and RV Policy
There are NO HOOK-UPS for motorhomes/RVs. Each participant vehicle must be self-contained to stay inside the facility. Limited showers are located inside Restroom #1, garbage receptacles are provided. Tents are not allowed on the property in any area at any time. The only MH/RVs allowed are contracted motorhome participants, race entrants (racers), or those in our day-use only RV parking area. All RVs in day use parking must vacate the property at the conclusion of the race each day. Septic removal and/or fresh water services are not guaranteed. No dumping on property.
Overnight parking is NOT permitted in any of our parking lots.
