Pacific Raceways donates race tickets to non-profit groups to support our community.

Our community has supported Pacific Raceways, a family-owned and operated multi-surface racing facility, for 60 years. We want to give back!

Pacific Raceways is pleased to be able to donate NHRA National Drag Race Tickets and Lucas Oil Drag Race tickets as our way of giving back to the community.

Pacific Raceways also welcomes multiple nonprofit and charity events each calendar year. One of our largest and longest-running events, the Pacific Northwest Historics, is produced in conjunction with the SOVREN Race Club and the SOVREN Guild and benefits Seattle Children’s Hospital. We also work with several local charities and organizations through volunteer opportunities and ticket giveaways.

How To Apply

We accept requests for in-kind donations of NHRA National Drag Race Tickets and Lucas Oil Drag Race Tickets. Since we have a limited number of tickets available for donations, we have focused on giving.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing, on organizational letterhead, and postmarked at least six weeks before the event.  We do not accept faxed or emailed requests.  Letters must include the following information:

  • Date of your event
  • Procurement deadline (if applicable)
  • Federal Tax ID Number
  • A brief explanation of the event and how proceeds will be used
  • Contact name, phone number, complete mailing address and valid email address

Please limit donation requests to once per calendar year and refrain from sending multiple requests to other departments or employees at Pacific Raceways.  Requests will only be considered by the Community Relations Team.

Submission Dates

Donations for 2024 are awarded between December 1, 2023, and July 1, 2024. Please ensure your event date falls within this timeline before requesting. Pacific Raceways will consider requests from nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations within our community.

Award Limitations

Pacific Raceways has a limited number of tickets available for donations. Therefore, we have focused on giving. We do not provide support for:

  • Loans, grants, monetary donation requests
  • Groups that discriminate
  • Multi-year commitments or automatic renewal grants/donations
  • Pageants
  • General Operating Expenses

Please do not send personal items or fan merchandise to be autographed by drivers.

Application Responses

Due to the large number of asks, not all donation requests can be fulfilled.  Likewise, not all donation requests will receive a response.  Approved requests will receive notice of their donation.  Donations will be mailed only to the organization’s address, or arrangements can be made to pick up donations at the administrative offices at Pacific Raceways.
