(KENT, Wash) – The walls for the first building at Pacific Motorsports Park are up as crews continue their work over the winter. Poe Construction of Auburn is leading the effort on the project that is just 100 yards north of Pacific Raceways’ legendary racetrack.
Each of the five buildings in Phase 1 are 40,000 square feet and can be configured in various dimensions for tenants. The minimum size is 1,250-square feet.
While the concrete floor and walls for the first building are in place, crews are working to get the second building pad ready for its floor to be poured. Walls are then constructed on the building floor and tilted up and secured once completed.
The first two buildings, both which front the entrance into the track, are expected for occupancy in late May/early June. Building number three will be built along the eastern edge of the parcel and the remaining two buildings will be on the western side.
