Road Course

Pacific Raceways’ 2.25-mile road course has a legendary past. Built in 1959 and first opened in 1960, the 10-turn road course was a mainstay on the USAC and Trans Am schedule in the 1960s and ‘70s. A veritable Who’s Who of road racing greats have called on Pacific Raceways’ technically-challenging road course including Mario Andretti, Parnelli Jones, Dan Gurney, Mark Donohue, and Dale Earnhardt to name a few.

Today, Pacific Raceways’ road course features a number of race organizations such as SCCA, IRDC, SOVREN, Pacific Northwest Historics, and Washington Motorcycle Road Race Association as well as clubs and other groups. A number of commercials and movies have been filmed at Pacific Raceways including the cult classic Clutch.
