Motorsports Park Update

January 1, 2024

Phase 1 of Pacific Motorsports Park at Pacific Raceways will feature five 40,000-square-foot buildings for automotive shops and car storage in a community of like-minded auto and racing enthusiasts. Three buildings have been constructed; two are fully leased, and the third is ready for occupancy in winter 2024. The final two buildings have a construction timeline in 2025.
