Motorsports Park Update

Feb. 1, 2023 (KENT, Wash) — The first two buildings at Pacific Motorsports Park and Innovation Center are nearly filled with tenants as construction on the third of five planned buildings is scheduled to begin in April. The tenant roster of the first two buildings is a split of businesses that cater to Raceway customers and the private storage of vehicles.

Each of the five planned buildings is 40,000 square feet and divided into garage/shop space that begins at 1,250 square feet (50’ deep by 25’ wide).  The first two buildings have various size configurations up to 5,000 square feet.

Monthly lease payments include water and sewer hookup, garbage, recycling, common area maintenance and property taxes. Tenants pay for electricity and high-speed internet. Buildings are secured by fence and a real-time camera system. Tenants have 24-hour access.  Additional rules and regulations are provided in the lease.

With just a few spots remaining in the first two buildings, Pacific Raceways is moving forward with construction plans for the third building, which is scheduled to begin construction in April 2023. Poe Construction of Auburn is the general contractor.

A priority list of tenants for the third building is being built. You can find out more detailed lease information from Milt Reimers of CBRE at milt.reimers@cbre.com or by calling (206) 909-2096.
