Pacific Motorsports Park and Innovation Center

Phase 1 of Pacific Motorsports Park at Pacific Raceways will feature five, 40,000-square-foot buildings suited for automotive shops and car storage in a community of like-minded auto and racing enthusiasts. Three buildings are constructed with two fully leased and the third building ready for occupancy winter 2024. The final two buildings have a construction timeline in 2025.

As part of the motorsports park, the Raceways’ Pacific Innovation Center is positioned to be a hub for the transportation industry’s research and development laboratories and prototype manufacturing facilities. Pacific Innovation Center is a national model of the partnership between automobile racing, a vibrant high-tech workforce, skilled labor and a multipurpose racetrack that can serve as a year around testing ground for innovation.
