All vendors and buyers must show proof of Covid vaccination or a negative PCR Covid test taken in the preceding 72 hours. If you cannot find a test site that will get your test back in the required time, use a take-home test and take a photo of the result on your phone and bring it to the track. We will NOT be testing at the track.
Vendors (sellers)
Because of construction taking place at the track, vendors will enter the facility through Gate 1 (at the far end of the dragstrip). We will check your credentials (pre-pay reservation) and Covid paperwork on the dragstrip return road past the ET booth. If you haven’t signed up for a vending spot in advance, we will pull your rig over to the Hot Pit area behind the Ticket Center until we get your paperwork completed. Once you pass this checkpoint, you will drive through Gate 4 past the office and stop at Restroom #1 where we will direct you to your parking spot. When you come back for the Swap Meet on Saturday, you will enter through Gate 1 and proceed all the way up the drag strip return road to the Turn 8 Gate by the Sunoco Fuel Station where you can park at your stall (or close by). When you leave at the end of the day, retrace your way out.
Buyers
Free parking is available in Lot A and Lot B. Once parked, there will be a Covid check near the Ticket Center. After clearing this checkpoint, if you purchased your ticket in advance, your name will be on a gate list and you can enter the Swap Meet at 8:30am through one of our spectator gates. If you are buying your ticket the day of the event, you will be directed to line-up at the Ticket Center, which opens at 9am. We will be accepting both credit cards and cash for entry. Please wear a mask whenever you are in a line or a common area such as restrooms and concessions. You can receive a vehicle pass to drive into the Swap Meet to pick-up large items after 12 Noon.
